• You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use this Website or purchase alcoholic beverages. By using the Site and placing an order you represent and warrant that you are at legal drinking age. (e.g.:18 years old in Hong Kong.)

• We may require age verification at account creation, checkout, delivery, or as otherwise permitted by law. If you cannot verify your age, we will cancel your order and issue a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

• Vintage substitutions: In the event a listed vintage is unavailable, we may substitute with an equal or higher value vintage and will notify you when possible.

Ordering and Acceptance

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inability to meet delivery requirements.

• Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of your order and do not constitute acceptance. A separate shipping confirmation will indicate acceptance.

Pricing, Taxes and Payment

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping, handling, and any applicable taxes, duties, or fees will be added at checkout.

• Payment is due at time of purchase. We accept several payment methods. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.

• We may place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the purchase amount and applicable fees.

Shipping, Delivery and Risk of Loss

• We ship to your indicated location in Hong Kong. For shipment outside Hong Kong, it is subject to applicable laws and carrier limitations. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit shipping alcohol; we will not ship to prohibited locations.

• Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and carrier information are provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only; we are not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.

• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where local law provides otherwise.

Delivery Acceptance and Age Verification at Delivery

• Many jurisdictions require an adult of legal drinking age to sign for and accept deliveries of alcoholic beverages. By placing an order you agree that an adult of legal drinking age will be available to accept and sign for the delivery. If delivery is refused due to lack of proper identification, we may consider the order undeliverable and apply our returns/refund policy.

Returns, Refunds and Damaged Goods

• Returns and refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. Alcohol returns are restricted by law; please contact customer service immediately if a product arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.

• For damaged or incorrect items, retain packaging and contact us within 2 days with photos and order details so we can evaluate and process any refund, replacement, or credit.

Promotions, Discounts and Gift Cards

• Promotional offers and discounts are subject to terms and expiration dates and may not be combined. We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions for suspected abuse or error.

• Gift cards are subject to additional terms and may be non-refundable. Replace lost or stolen gift cards only at our discretion.
